Position Summary:
At Marriott International, we are seeking a highly engaged and motivated Scrum Master to join our fast-paced and high-performing application development team. As a Scrum Master at Marriott International, the candidate will lead one or more agile teams, enabling smooth delivery, continuous improvement, and team cohesion. The Scrum Master will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications in a rapid-paced environment.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) with discipline and energy.
