Gnani AI is looking for a PMM Lead – Content & Growth Hacking to build our organic growth engine and establish Gnani AI as a leading authority in Voice AI, Conversational AI, and Agentic AI.
You will own how audiences discover and engage with Gnani AI across Google Search, AI-led search and answer platforms such as ChatGPT, social media, webinars, and industry content channels. Your mandate is clear: increase qualified visibility, improve search rankings, grow content consumption, and turn Gnani AI’s deep technology into content that earns attention and trust.This is a hands-on role for a solid content marketer and growth hacker who combines excellent writing with sharp experimentation, SEO/AEO expertise, and a bias for measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Build and execute Gnani AI’s organic growth strategy across SEO, AEO, website content, social media, webinars, and thought-leadership channels.
Own SEO and AEO programs to improve Gnani AI’s visibility across Google, AI answer engines, and GPT-led search experiences,



including ChatGPT and other emerging discovery platforms.
Develop and maintain high-authority pillar pages, topic clusters, landing pages, technical blogs, industry guides, and use-case content around strategic themes such as Voice AI, Conversational AI, speech technology, multilingual AI, contact-centre automation, and Agentic AI.
Conduct keyword, search-intent, competitor, and audience research to identify high-potential opportunities and build a sharp, data-led editorial roadmap.
Write and edit compelling technical and business content that makes complex AI capabilities clear, credible, and relevant for enterprise buyers, developers, and industry audiences.
Run structured growth experiments to increase organic traffic, content views, engagement, backlinks, keyword rankings, and share of voice.
