What makes the role meaty?
Responsible for supply planning of high growth categories




Objective of the role is to take ownership of all planning metrics and balance the cost aspects of inventory with the customer’s expectations of catalogue availability on Licious platform. This would involve -
Preparing business cases for recent charters to improve availability or improve inventory efficiency; and aligning leadership for the same
Implementing such charters by driving initiatives along with various stakeholders in Category, Logistics, Production and Sourcing
Designing and executing policies, norms to streamline tactical processes of inventory deployment
Designing and implementing the right metrics/ dashboards to bring visibility and continuously improve deployment performance
Define scalable automation solutions to help manage day-to-day planning processes
Work closely with tech/product teams to translate these automation solutions into long term fixes

1+ yrs of experience in supply planning
Understanding of supply chain
Ability to work with data Spreadsheets/ R/ python and AI
