Job Title: Sales & Outreach Associate (Part-Time)
Location: Indore / Dewas, Madhya Pradesh (Hybrid — mostly remote, occasional in-person)
Employment Type: Part time (~2 hrs/day)
About the role
I run a growing AI consulting and training practice with more inbound and prospects than one person can chase well. This role owns the top of the funnel — finding the right people, reaching out, and booking qualified calls — so I can focus on delivering training and consulting. It's a real growth seat: do it well and it grows with the business. You set up the conversations; I handle the expertise and the close.
What success looks like
A steady flow of qualified intro calls booked on the calendar each week
Consistent, professional follow-up — prospects don't go cold on your watch
A clean, current CRM that reflects the true state of the pipeline
Senior prospects who feel they're talking to a real, warm human, not a script
Responsibilities
Research and build targeted lists of the right people to reach — companies, L&D; leaders, and founders
Send outbound outreach and follow up consistently,



including the fourth follow-up most people skip
Book qualified intro calls directly on the calendar
Write professional, warm emails and messages to senior stakeholders
Keep the CRM and pipeline clean, accurate, and up to date
Handle light coordination — scheduling, reminders, and formatting proposals
Qualifications
Required:
Excellent verbal and written English — able to email a director without a typo and sound human, not robotic
Confident, personable communication, including on calls and follow-ups
Reliable and organized, with strong follow-through
Coachable — able to take a script and CRM and run with them
Based in Indore or Dewas, available around 2 hours per day
Preferred (not required):
Studying or graduated in business, marketing, sales, or communications (BBA/MBA a plus)
Any customer-facing, sales, BD, or tele-calling experience
Basic comfort with everyday tools — email, spreadsheets, L
