About the Role
We are looking for confident, energetic and target-oriented BDEs to promote our School Management Software to schools across the assigned district.
The role involves identifying schools, meeting Principals/Correspondents/Management, conducting product demonstrations, generating leads, following up and converting schools into customers.
Extensive travel across the entire assigned district is an essential part of the role.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential schools across the assigned district.
Conduct regular field visits and meet school decision-makers.
Present and demonstrate our School Management Software.
Generate qualified leads through visits, referrals and networking.
Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp and visits.
Maintain the sales pipeline and convert prospects into customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain daily visit, lead, demo and follow-up reports.




Gather market feedback and competitor information.
Who Can Apply?
Freshers / 0–1 Year Experience
Candidates from Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, EdTech, Software Sales or Direct Sales backgrounds are welcome.
Mandatory Requirements
? Own Two-Wheeler – Mandatory
? Valid Driving Licence – Mandatory
Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned district.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence to approach and interact with Principals and School Management.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good knowledge of the local area and language.
