Role Overview
The role is responsible for leading market research initiatives that generate actionable insights into markets, competitors, customers, and industry trends. The role involves managing end-to-end research projects, analysing and interpreting data, and presenting findings to support strategic decision-making, business growth, and product or market development.
The role will also support clients in evaluating and making informed decisions regarding entry into and expansion within the Indian market, including assistance with market assessment, organisational setup, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate directly with clients, as required, to understand, clarify, and document their business objectives and research requirements.
Develop research and analysis plans and obtain client alignment and sign-off.
Conduct in-depth primary research through relevant methodologies, including interviews, surveys, focus groups, and stakeholder interactions.
Conduct comprehensive research and data analysis using an effective combination of primary and secondary sources.




Design or assist in the development of questionnaires, discussion guides, and moderator guides to ensure relevant data is collected.
Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to identify meaningful trends, insights, opportunities, and risks.
Translate research findings into actionable recommendations that add value to the client's business.
Prepare detailed reports and other research deliverables containing transparent findings and recommendations.
Develop and deliver client presentations, respond to queries, and effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
Support clients in making informed decisions regarding market entry and business opportunities in India.
Assist clients with organisational setup and implementation activities in India, where required.
Travel across cities for primary research, stakeholder interactions, and collection of relevant market data.
