NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a Cloud Service Delivery Manager/Project Manager to join our team.
Client's business problem to solve?
You will take a key role in NTT Data Cloud Service Delivery Management practice and Program Management Office. The Cloud Service Delivery Manager/Project Manager works directly with cross-functional teams across the company to support our clients in their migration/transition to the Cloud as well as with long-term engagements (steady-state)
as Service Delivery Manager (SDM); managing the interests of NTT Data but also aligning these with our Clients’ Cloud needs.
- Solid program management skills.

Position's General Duties and Tasks
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context.
- Managing finances and budgets and tracking contract deliverables.
- Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
- Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
