MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, a related
discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
* 5 years of experience in mission critical facility design and construction
environments.

* Experience in project management, vendor management, and stakeholder
management.
* Experience with HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design plans
and strategy.
* Experience in mechanical infrastructure.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Master's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, a related
discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
* Experience in managing data center infrastructure and fit out projects and
managing partners and stakeholders ,vendor management and customization of
project management tools.
* Knowledge of green field fitout construction, fitout permits and statutory
requirements, local industry standards and codes.

develop infrastructure improvements and serve as an expert in your specialty
(e.g., cooling, electrical).

infrastructure.
