Requirements
Experience: 4+ Years
Solid experience in ServiceNow Testing and Automation, particularly Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Hands-on experience in testing ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) module.
Experience in testing through ServiceNow platform upgrades and releases.
Demonstrated experience performing end-to-end testing (manual and automated) in accordance with established software testing life cycle (STLC) methodologies.
Strong understanding of Test Management and Defect Management processes.
Good understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, including API testing and automation.




Experience working in Agile development environments.
Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, and CMDB.
Good to have experience with automation tools such as Cypress, TestComplete, or Robot Framework.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification is mandatory.
Automated Test Framework (ATF) Micro-Certification is mandatory.
