What You Will Do:

What You Will Need:
Should have completed the probation period with the organization.
3+ years of experience as Trainer.
Provide education for any recent coders.
Provide training/education for any coders in PIP.
Perform random audit for coders in all the projects.
Perform random audit for QA ‘s.
Need to create training document based on major error trends.
Stay abreast of industry changes and create training document based on changes.
Assures coders achieve and maintain a minimum 95% accuracy in coding based on client contract.
Assures coders maintain average productivity standards while maintaining quality.
