Overview
We are seeking a forward-thinking Systems Engineer to join our Global IT Infrastructure team. This role is designed for engineers who want to grow into broader infrastructure and platform engineering responsibilities through hands-on experience, mentoring, and continuous learning. The position goes beyond traditional systems administration—focusing on automation, cloud modernization, AI-assisted operations, and resilient infrastructure design. This engineer will help evolve our workplace as we adopt emerging technologies, enhance service reliability, and accelerate delivery through automation.
Key Responsibilities
Core Infrastructure Engineering
Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise infrastructure across on-premises datacenters, private cloud,



and public cloud environments.Manage Windows and Linux server platforms, virtualization stacks (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), storage systems, and enterprise backup and recovery platforms.Support compute, network, and security components to meet organizational performance and availability requirements.
Cloud & Hybrid Architecture
Engineer and support workloads across Azure, AWS, or hybrid multi-cloud platforms.Develop and maintain landing zones, resource blueprints, cloud governance, tagging strategies, and cost-optimization practices.Implement cloud-native services such as container orchestration, managed databases, serverless compute, and edge integrations.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Build and manage infrastructure using ARM/Bicep, Terraform, Ansible, or PowerShell DSC.Implement CI/CD workflows for infrastructure provisioning and configuration changes.Apply version control, code review, and automated testing to
