Job Title: Training Architect
Department/Function: Customer Experience

Job Purpose:
The Training Architect is responsible for designing and optimizing training processes, ensuring standardization, efficiency, and alignment with business goals. This role focuses on streamlining training operations, enhancing content delivery workflows, and leveraging technology to improve turnaround times and training impact.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Training Process Standardization & Optimization
•Develop and implement standardized training workflows to ensure consistency across geographies and business units.
•Establish transparent guidelines, checklists, and best practices for training execution, ensuring minimal friction between content creation, approval, and deployment.
•Reduce training development cycle times by 30-40% through efficient process redesign, automation, and better cross-team collaboration.
•Implement a structured training request intake and prioritization system to align training efforts with business needs and urgency.

Technology Enablement & Automation
•Evaluate, implement, and manage LMS, LCMS, AI-powered tools, automation frameworks, and content delivery platforms to improve training efficiency.
•Identify bottlenecks in the content development-to-deployment pipeline and introduce automation for faster review and approvals.
•Ensure seamless integration of training platforms with HR systems, CRM, knowledge management tools, and other business systems.
•Drive adoption of AI-based content tagging, auto-translation, and metadata standardization for faster content retrieval and reusability.

3. Collaboration with Content Teams for Faster Turnaround
•Partner with Instructional Designers, SMEs, and content teams to identify process inefficiencies and implement structured workflows that improve productivity.
•Establish clear SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for content development, review, and publishing, ensuring a 25-30% reduction in time-to-mark
