Job Description - Senior Product Manager - Cross Sell Personal Loans
About the Role
We are seeking a self-motivated, analytical, and execution-driven Senior Product Manager to lead high-impact product initiatives. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, advanced analytical capabilities, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to mentor a team. Candidates with a solid understanding of product policy and exposure to campaign management will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Execution
· Drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
· Use data-driven insights to validate ideas, prioritize features, and monitor performance.
Technical & Analytical Expertise
· Perform advanced data analysis using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros/VBA, Power Query, data modeling).
· Use Python for data automation, and efficiency improvements.
· Collaborate with tech and analytics teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Problem Solving & Decision Making




· Break down complex business challenges using structured frameworks and analytical thinking.
· Build hypotheses, test using data, and create actionable insights.
Product Policy & Governance
· Ensure product design and process flows comply with product policy, regulatory norms, and risk guidelines.
· Partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to interpret policies and embed them into product features.
· Participate in defining or refining policy documentation and SOPs.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
· Build solid relationships with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Risk, Operations, Sales, Tech, and Data.
· Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations for leadership reviews and business discussions.
· Influence decision-making with a clear narrative supported by structured logic and data.
Team Leadership
· Lead and mentor a team of analysts or product associates.
