Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Create and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
Design social media posts, banners, reels, and promotional creatives using Canva or similar tools.
Develop content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules.
Monitor engagement metrics and suggest strategies to improve reach and visibility.
Capture photos and videos during company events for social media promotion.
Write creative captions, employee spotlights, company updates, and event announcements.
Marketing & Branding
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Support employer branding initiatives to showcase company culture and achievements.
Coordinate with leadership and HR teams to create promotional content.
Help maintain and enhance the company's online presence.
Employee Engagement & Event Management
Organize and coordinate internal events, celebrations,



festivals, Fun Fridays, sports activities, and employee recognition programs.
Plan engagement activities to boost employee morale and participation.
Create event invitations, posters, announcements, and communication materials.
Collect employee feedback and suggest ideas for improving workplace engagement.
Ensure smooth execution of in-house events and activities.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong creativity and storytelling abilities.
Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools.
Good organizational and event coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications
