Team Overview
The Front-End Engineering team is responsible for building and maintaining TransUnion's next-generation web applications and digital experiences. Working within a team-oriented Agile environment, the team partners closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Back-End Engineers, Architects, DevOps Engineers, and Quality Engineers to deliver enterprise-grade solutions that serve millions of customers and business users.
The team is focused on adopting modern engineering practices, reusable design systems, cloud-native architectures, automated testing, and continuous delivery to ensure rapid innovation and exceptional user experiences. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

The Senior Front-End Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining highly scalable and performant web applications using React.js,



TypeScript, and modern front-end technologies. This individual will drive architecture decisions, establish development standards, mentor engineers, and ensure applications meet the highest standards of quality, security, accessibility, and performance.
The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience building complex single-page applications, implementing scalable state management patterns, optimizing application performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business value through technology.
