We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust ability to translate business requirements into comprehensive Functional Design Documents and effectively communicate technical details to developers. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, technical proficiency, and industry-specific knowledge.

Key Responsibilities





Develop and maintain detailed Functional Design Documents based on business requirements.
Liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure clear understanding and implementation of solutions.
Support DocuSign-related processes and troubleshoot user issues as needed.
Utilize Azure and DevOps tools for project tracking, collaboration, and deployment management.
Manage and resolve incidents or service requests within ServiceNow.
Work with various Microsoft Office applications for documentation, data analysis, and reporting.
Read and interpret XML files for data extraction and validation.
Apply knowledge of leasing and sales pricing to support business processes and decision-making.
Troubleshooting and analyzes errors to identify their root causes and determine viable solutions (i.e., system improvements, triggering errors, mapping errors, human errors, training needs, etc.)
