Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced operational excellence skilled to lead process transformation, governance,



and operational integration initiatives across the Hybrid Cloud Support organization.
This role will focus on defining scalable processes, establishing controls, improving documentation standards, driving cross-functional projects, and simplifying operational workloads. The successful candidate will serve as a key bridge between the current Hybrid Cloud (Nimble) operational model and future-state modernized service delivery frameworks designed to increase automation, improve customer experience, and drive operational efficiency.
The role will partner closely with operational leaders, engineering teams, support organizations, and transformation programs to ensure processes are consistent, measurable, integrated, and positioned for long-term growth.
