Job Summary:
The SDR Manager, based in Pune, leads a team of Sales Development Representatives dedicated to generating pipeline for OpenGov's US go-to-market team. This role owns the performance, coaching, and day to day execution of the Pune SDR team,



ensuring consistent, high quality outbound activity into the US public sector market. You'll report to a US-based Director of Sales Development and act as the connective tissue between the Pune team and US leadership, translating strategy into daily execution and results.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and coach a team of 6 SDRs so they consistently hit pipeline and activity targets • Monitor individual and team metrics (calls, emails, meetings booked, pipeline generated) and run regular one on one meetings and performance reviews
• Translate US GTM strategy and territory priorities from US leadership into daily and weekly execution plans for the Pune team
• Build onboarding, ramp plans, and ongoing skill development programs so recent SDRs reach full productivity quickly
