Your key responsibilitiesTechnical Excellence

Develop thorough understanding of product functionalities, GST compliance processes to effectively support client requirements and issue resolution.
Support onboarding and implementation activities for new clients.
Configure client accounts, user access, workflows, and platform settings.
Conduct/Support product demonstrations, training sessions for clients.
Act as the first point of contact for customer support queries from clients and internal teams
Ensuring timely resolution for client reported issues.
Coordinate with Product and Technical teams for issue escalation and resolution.
Prepare periodic MIS reports providing updates to leadership on the client success.
Identify opportunities for internal process improvements and automation.
