A Day in the Life
As a Senior Software Test Engineer, you will contribute to the quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance of software products by designing and executing manual and automated test strategies for web and cloud applications. The role partners closely with software development, systems engineering, and quality teams to ensure product requirements are verified through comprehensive validation activities.
Primary Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web applications, APIs, and cloud-based software systems.
Create and maintain test plans, test protocols,



traceability documentation, and test reports supporting verification and validation activities.
Develop and enhance test automation frameworks using Python, Selenium, Playwright, Requests library, Robot Framework, or equivalent technologies.
Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing to verify software requirements and product performance.
Execute REST API testing and automation using Postman or similar tools and validate application behavior across integrated systems.
Collaborate with software development and systems engineering teams to investigate defects, identify root causes, and verify corrective actions.
Support software development lifecycle activities, including requirements reviews, risk-based testing, and regulatory documentation deliverables.
Conduct test tool validation activities and contribute to continuous improvement of test processes, frameworks, and quality
