* Following, respecting & establishing all EHS guidelines, protocols etc in
workplace.

* Ensuring 5S at workplace.

* Coordinating with QC teams for Incoming materials inspection and Rejection
handling.

* Plan and coordinate Inbound shipments of raw materials/chemicals/packing
materials/consumables (domestic and Imported) in line with production
schedules.

* Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders and customs agents to ensure
on-time delivery.

* Manage all Import documentations (Bill of Lading/ Certificate of origin/
LC/BG, custom clearance papers).

* Coordinate with warehouses/stores/ QC for GRN (goods Receipt Note) processing
and Material inspection.

* Ensuring issuance of purchase order as per note sheet and follow up with
vendor for vendor registration, ABG etc before place purchase order.





* Ensuring delivery of raw materials/chemicals/packing materials/consumables as
per the terms of P.O.

* Ensuring unloading of raw materials/chemicals/packing materials/consumables
properly along with proper documents.

* Monitoring of inventory levels of key Raw materials to avoid stockouts or
Overstocking.

* Ensuring accurate records in SAP systems stock taking and match with book
stock on regular basis.

* Analyse and report on Inbound KPIs (lead time, cost per ton, On-time
delivery)

* Ensuring participation in KAIZENS (improvements jobs)

* Ensuring proper housekeeping after job completion

* Allocation of manpower and taking work from contractor/contract workers.
