Birspark is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Associate to drive brand partnerships and sponsorships for our upcoming Art, Literature & Cultural Festival.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to identify potential brands and partners, pitch partnership opportunities, negotiate commercials, and close sponsorship deals for the festival.

This is a performance-driven role, ideal for someone who enjoys networking, sales, brand conversations, and converting opportunities into partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and research potential brand sponsors, corporate partners, media partners, and relevant businesses for the festival.
* Build and maintain a database of prospective brands and decision-makers.
* Reach out to brands through calls, emails, LinkedIn, meetings, and networking.
* Understand brand objectives and pitch suitable festival sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
* Prepare and deliver sponsorship pitches and presentations.
* Negotiate partnership terms and commercials with brands.




* Follow up consistently with prospective partners and move leads through the sales pipeline.
* Coordinate with the Birspark team to create customized brand integration proposals.
* Close sponsorship and partnership deals within the agreed timelines.
* Maintain regular communication with partners throughout the sales process.
* Track leads, meetings, proposals, follow-ups, and conversions.
* Identify opportunities for in-kind partnerships and strategic collaborations in addition to paid sponsorships.
