Business Development Manager
Experience: 9–14 years
Industry : Security/Surveillance/Video Analytics/IT Solutions (like Storage, Networking etc)
Qualification: Engineering or MBA background preferred
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highperforming Business Development Manager with 9-14 years of enterprise software sales experience, particularly in AIbased Video Analytic, FRS, VMS, ANPR and speed detection. The role demands strong consultative selling, regional expertise, and the ability to drive growth across strategic industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive endtoend sales cycle and achieve revenue targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in enterprise, PPOG, Prisons and manufacturing sectors
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with focus on high-value deals
Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design customized solutions
Build and manage CXOlevel relationships with customers, partners, consultants, and SIs.
Map consultants, system integrators (SIs), and bidders,



and engage proactively at the specification stage to ensure incorporation of our software specifications in tenders, RFPs, and RFQs.
Ensure fortnightly MarCom activities (e.g., technical webinars with partners/consultants/SIs/bidders).
Track market trends, competitor moves, and customer insights to shape strategy.
Deliver accurate forecasts and maintain pipeline visibility.
Candidate Profile:
9-14 years in enterprise software sales; robust exposure to PPOG, Manufacturing, BFSI, Corporate, IT/ITES,PSU and enterprise accounts.
Strong exposure to video analytics / VMS / FRS/surveillance / security solutions
Proven record of exceeding sales targets in the assigned region.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
Selfdriven, strategic, and collaborative.
