Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in data platform processes and workflows.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment of data platform strategies with broader organizational objectives.

Senior Power BI Developer :

Robust ETL understanding and implementation experience

Experience with Git/version control

Build and optimize models on large datasets

Advanced DAX and performance tuning

Power Query / M transformations

Data modeling (star schema, relationships, many-to-many)
