As a Tele-Counsellor, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely.
Converts inquiries into sales by answering inbound/outbound telephone calls.
Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls.
You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company.
Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
You should also note down key notes during conversations to facilitate follow-ups by our staff.




Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Any Bachelor Degree holder can apply
