Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Order Management Specialist to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent order execution,



maintaining strong customer relationships, managing EDI communications, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You will act as a key interface between customers, service providers, and internal functions to ensure seamless order fulfillment and high service performance.
Manage the end-to-end customer order process, ensuring accurate order entry, confirmation, and fulfillment in line with agreed service levels.
Ensure On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery performance and proactively resolve order-related issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on all order management and delivery-related inquiries.
Coordinate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehousing, and external service providers to ensure seamless order execution.
Maintain accurate customer, order, and scheduling data within SAP and related systems, including EDI transactions
