Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Assistant to support our sales team and help manage customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and daily sales activities.

Responsibilities

* Follow up with leads and potential customers.
* Communicate with customers and understand their requirements.
* Schedule meetings and product demos.
* Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
* Maintain customer and lead information in CRM or tracking tools.




* Support the sales team throughout the sales process.
* Handle customer inquiries and provide basic information about our products and services.
* Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
* Maintain proper records and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, sales support, customer service, or a related role.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
* Basic understanding of sales processes.
* Positive organizational and time-management skills.
* Comfortable using spreadsheets, presentations, CRM, and other office tools.
* Ability to learn and explain technology products.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience in software/technology sales is an advantage.
* Diploma or bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory for suitable candidates.
