Role Description The Consultant Urologist / Urology Technician will provide comprehensive urology services, including outpatient consultations, inpatient care, and participation in surgical procedures such as endourology, laparoscopy, and other urologic interventions. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and managing urological conditions, ordering and interpreting relevant investigations,



counseling patients and families, and maintaining accurate medical records. The role involves close collaboration with other medical and nursing staff, supporting emergency urology cases, and contributing to clinical protocols and quality standards. The selected candidate is expected to participate in case discussions, clinical audits, and training or mentoring of junior staff where applicable. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Bengal FAITH Hospital in Purba Bardhaman.
Qualifications
Clinical expertise in urology, including evaluation, diagnosis, and management of common and complex urological conditions.
Proficiency in urological procedures (e.g., cystoscopy, TURP, stone management, catheterization, and related surgical or technical support activities).
