Job Description: Paid Ads Specialist (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

FMS Dental is looking for an experienced and results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling performance marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive patient acquisition across our dental clinics.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads,



Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop performance marketing strategies for dental treatments and clinic locations.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience research, and campaign planning.
• Optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and overall ROI.
• Create and test ad copies, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Manage and optimize advertising budgets across multiple campaigns and locations.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing of ads, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
