Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Telecaller role based in Jaipur. The Sales Telecaller will make outbound and take inbound calls to potential and existing clients, introduce IG Tech’s services, explain offerings clearly, and generate qualified leads.



Responsibilities include following up on inquiries, maintaining call logs and CRM records, scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team, and supporting the closure of sales opportunities. The role involves understanding client needs, addressing basic questions about digital solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate information is shared. The Sales Telecaller will also meet call and conversion targets, provide feedback on client responses, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales scripts and processes.
