Job Description:
What you'll Do
Support the administration of Enterprise Resilience program, ensuring components like Business Impact Analysis, Risk Assessments, and recovery plans are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with business requirements.
Develop and deliver schedules and materials for Business Continuity training and awareness activities to ensure teams are proficient in implementing business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
Facilitate business continuity and disaster recovery exercises, including walkthroughs and remote recovery scenarios.
Manage and coordinate content on the Business Continuity SharePoint and Intranet sites.
Support strategy development and in-house training for business continuity initiatives.
Perform other activities as required to support enterprise resilience.
What you need to succeed
Demonstrable experience in business continuity planning spanning 5-10 years.
Strong understanding of Financial, Audit, and Information Technology Disaster Recovery concepts.
Robust understanding of compliance requirements.




Outstanding proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint).
Excellent analytical, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to positively and successfully collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong administrative skills, including the ability to develop project plans and achieve target dates.
Self-motivated and productive teammate with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred qualifications include an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, professional designation (CBCP, MBCI).
Experience in preparing for and responding to significant multi-site disruptive incidents.
