Role Overview
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for supporting end-to-end US payroll operations with a focus on transactional accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. This role ensures accurate payroll processing, validation of inputs, and adherence to payroll controls and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Payroll Processing & Transactions:
Process end-to-end US payroll (weekly/bi-weekly), including data input, validation, and execution of payroll runs.
Data Validation & Inputs:
Validate payroll inputs such as recent hires, terminations, pay changes, time & attendance, bonuses, and off-cycle payments.
Payroll Accuracy & Adjustments:
Perform pre- and post-payroll va
