Key Requirements:
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow Administration and ITSM
• Positive knowledge of ServiceNow modules and real-time project scenarios
• Prior experience as a Technical/Corporate Trainer
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to deliver practical, industry-oriented training
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA/CIS/CAD) will be an added advantage
