Job Summary -
We are seeking a digital media dynamo, a bright, self-starting professional with 3-5 years of experience to own our brand's visual and digital presence. As a B2B company serving real estate development agencies, our "work is our portfolio." You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our social media—from collecting raw project inputs to designing high-end creatives, reels and videos using AI tools. You will also ensure our sales teams have the latest assets to win clients and keep updating the company portfolio (beyond social media) on periodic basis. We do not need SEO/SEM; we need a "one-man army" who can make our pages look world-class and keep our internal teams updated.

Key Responsibilities -
Content Generation & Curation: Independently collect finished videos, imagery, raw data and project updates from our teams. Convert these into polished, professional posts for LinkedIn and Instagram.
Creative Design: Design all graphics, carousels, and short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) from scratch. You must be able to work alone without a separate graphic designer.
AI Tool Integration: Use generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney for visuals, CapCut/Runway for video, ChatGPT/Jasper for B2B copy) to maintain high-quality output with maximum efficiency.
Consistency: Maintain a steady posting cadence of 2–3 times per week, ensuring the brand voice is sophisticated and tailored for real esta
