Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Architect – Studio Head with 9–12 years of experience to work directly with the Principal Architect and lead the architectural studio.
The role combines design leadership, project delivery, Revit/BIM management, consultant coordination, client interaction and team mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Project Leadership
Work closely with the Principal Architect to translate the studio’s design vision into well-resolved projects.
Lead projects from concept and design development through documentation and execution.
Review planning, massing, façades, materials and architectural detailing.
Ensure design quality, functionality, efficiency and constructability across projects.
Studio & Team Leadership
Lead Project Architects, Junior Architects and the BIM Team.
