Role Purpose

The Manager - Payroll & Shared Services will be responsible for leading payroll
operations, employee lifecycle administration, HR shared services, statutory
compliance, HRMS governance, and employee support services across TATA Realty &
Infrastructure Limited. The role will ensure accurate and timely payroll
processing, process standardization, compliance adherence, operational
excellence, and continuous improvement in HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Payroll Management
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll for all employees
across locations.
* Validate payroll inputs including salary revisions, incentives,
reimbursements, variable pay, full & final settlements, and statutory
deductions.
* Coordinate with payroll vendors and finance teams for seamless payroll
execution.
* Manage payroll audits and reconciliations.
* Ensure compliance with income tax provisions and support annual tax
declarations and submissions.
* Drive payroll process improvements and automation initiatives.

2. HR Shared Services Operations




* Lead end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including:
* Onboarding
* Employee data management
* Confirmation processes
* Transfers and promotions
* Separation management
* Full & Final settlements
* Exit documentation
* Establish and monitor Shared Service Centre SLAs and turnaround times.
* Develop standardized HR processes and governance frameworks.
* Ensure superior employee experience through efficient service delivery.

3. Statutory Compliance & Governance
* Ensure compliance with:
* Provident Fund (PF)
* Employee State Insurance (ESI)
* Qualified Tax (PT)
* Labour Welfare Fund (LWF)
* Income Tax requirements
* Applicable labour laws
* Coordinate statutory filings, returns, inspections, and audits.
* Maintain employee records and statutory documentation.
* Ensure HR operations comply with organizational policies and regulatory
requirements.

4. HRMS & Digitization
* Act as the process owner for HRMS m
