About the Role:
BlissClub is scaling fast across D2C, retail, marketplaces, and B2B; where we place our inventory across. These channels directly drive both our sales and our working capital.



We are looking for a Senior Planning Analyst to own inventory allocation, rebalancing, and liquidation across the full channel mix.
Sitting within the Planning team and working closely with Retail Operations, Marketplace, Sales, and Finance, you’ll decide where every unit should sit to maximise sell-through while keeping days-of-inventory-on-hand (DOH) and blocked working capital as low as possible. This is a high-ownership, analytics-heavy role for someone who enjoys turning messy inventory and sales data into sharp, defensible allocation decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Allocation (Across Channels)
● Allocate incoming and available inventory across retail stores, shop-in-shop counters, marketplaces, and B2B balancing the twin objectives of maximising sales and minimising DOH / working capital.
● Build and run channel- and door-level allocation logic based on rate of sale, size-curve health, stock c
