Head of Performance Marketing

Gynoveda is building India's largest chain of Ayurveda fertility clinics. 50+ clinics across 30 cities. 20,000+ couples have conceived through our treatment. 1 lakh patients acquired through digital in the last 24 months.

This role exists to multiply that.

Most performance marketers come from a world this role does not live in. This posting explains the difference upfront so you can decide quickly whether it is right for you.

Performance marketing at Gynoveda is not a traffic-buying function. There is no add to cart. A patient sees an ad, calls us, books an appointment, walks into a clinic, consults a doctor, and enrolls in a treatment plan. The conversion happens face to face. Ad platforms see only half of this journey. The job is to make them see the other half.

What you will own:

The full acquisition engine. Strategy, campaign architecture, and daily execution inside the ad account. This role is strategic and dangerously hands-on.
A multi-crore monthly budget, Meta-led.



Google stays deliberately small here; healthcare ad policy limits it. If your playbook starts with Search, this is not the right fit.
Funnel economics end to end. CPL, cost per appointment, cost per footfall, CAC, payback. We think in CAC, not clicks.
Measurement. CAPI, server-side signals, offline clinic events flowing back into Meta. Attribution you can defend when a CFO pushes back.
Experimentation as a system. We test before scaling. Carpet bombing growth does not work in this category, and we do not want it.
Campaign structures built for how Meta delivers ads in 2026, not 2023.

8 to 14 years in performance marketing.
