MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Civil, Electrical, or
Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
* 5 years of experience in technical program management, specifically
designing, constructing, or managing projects.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Experience in software focused program/project management and in the business
technology market.
* Knowledge of distributed software applications and the ability to quickly
grasp recent technical concepts.
* Ability to establish credibility and rapport with technical and non-technical
team members alike.
* Proven successful technical program management outcomes from idea to
launching programs, throughout your career.
* Customer-focused, intent on helping the team build an execution process that
delivers incremental value on a frequent basis.
* Comfortable building relationships across functions, product areas, and
organizational boundaries.

challenges we face daily. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead
complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering
expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects
through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules,
identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You're
equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to
executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development
with engineers.
