Role Description The Front Office Associate is a full time, on-site role based at our property in Dapoli. This role involves welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, handling reservations, and responding to guest inquiries in person, over the phone, and via digital channels. The Front Office Associate maintains guest records, coordinates with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness,



and supports billing and payment processes. Daily responsibilities include managing the reception desk, providing accurate information about lodge services and local experiences, and resolving guest issues in a professional and courteous manner. The role requires maintaining a calm, hospitable presence and representing Bagicha Wilderness in line with our luxury, nature-focused brand.
Qualifications

Strong customer service and receptionist duties skills, with the ability to welcome guests and manage front office operations professionally.
Proficiency in check-in and check-out processes, including handling reservations, guest registration, and basic billing procedures.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, including clear spoken English and the ability to handle guest queries politely and efficiently.
Ability to work on-site in Dapoli on a full-time schedule, including week
