About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Production Merchandiser to manage the complete execution of production orders from planning to finishing. The role requires strong coordination with suppliers and internal teams to ensure orders are completed on time while maintaining Live Linen's quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage production for all orders.
Prepare production schedules and delivery timelines.
Coordinate fabric planning, cutting, stitching, embroidery, washing, finishing, and packing.
Follow up with suppliers and production units to ensure timely execution.
Monitor production progress and resolve bottlenecks.
Coordinate with the QC team to ensure products meet quality standards.
Maintain production trackers and update ERP (Zoho).
Lead and guide the Assistant Merchandiser.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in home textile merchandising.
Strong knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes.
Excellent follow-up, planning, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
Positive knowledge of Excel and ERP systems (Zoho preferred).
