The Role

We're looking for a Google Ads Media Buyer who can independently manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns for our D2C ecommerce clients. You'll be working directly with the founder, owning campaign execution across a portfolio of brands, and contributing to strategy as you grow into the role.

This is not a support role. You'll be running campaigns, reading data, making bid decisions, and communicating results to clients from day one.

What You'll Do

1) Setting up and managing Google Shopping, Search, and Performance Max campaigns for D2C ecommerce clients across categories including fashion, jewellery, home decor, and lifestyle.

Optimising product feeds in Google Merchant Center — titles, descriptions, product types, and custom labels — for maximum Shopping impression share and CTR.

3) Conducting keyword research, building negative keyword lists, and maintaining search term hygiene across all active accounts.

4) Monitoring daily spend, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and impression share — identifying anomalies and flagging or fixing them proactively.

5) Setting up and verifying conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.

6) Building campaign reports with explicit insights — not just numbers, but what the numbers mean and what to do next.

7) Communicating campaign performance to clients clearly and confidently on weekly or fortnightly calls.

8) Collaborating with the founder on account strategy, seasonal planning, and new client onboarding.
