Job Summary/About the Role
The position is responsible for executing, coordinating and tracking the Organization’s Wellness programs for clients.
Required Qualifications - Graduate and above
Required Experience and Skills
Minimum of 10 years of experience and 3+ years of work experience, largely with insurance industry
Prior experience in Wellness
Have good client engagement Skills
Be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Have a quick, analytical, and growth-oriented mindset
Have solid business acumen and critical thinking skills
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills to wok across teams
Be proactive, self-motivated and enjoy working as part of a team
Be capable of orchestrating cross-functional engagements
Be organized and methodical in their approach
