What you'll own

•Pitch & develop - reach out to demand-gen-sourced contacts, explain and pitch Duratuf's
products, and open a real conversation with the right people (plant, EHS, safety and
procurement buyers).
•Qualify MQL → SQL - run a structured qualification against the criteria set by management
and Sales; make an honest qualify / reject call on every lead, and understand each account's
scope and potential.
•Fix the meeting - don't just tag a lead qualified; secure a genuine meeting or next step with
Sales, so a real opportunity moves forward — not just a pricing request.
•Build qualified pipeline - develop and maintain a qualified pipeline for Sales, with clear
opportunity value.
•Keep the CRM honest - log every contact, disposition and stage in Zoho CRM in real time, so




the numbers everyone trusts stay clean.
•Feed the loop - share what you learn back to demand generation and Sales so targeting and
criteria keep getting sharper.

What we're looking for

•2-4 years in B2B lead development, inside sales, presales, SDR / LDR or outbound business
development - comfortable owning a daily qualification / calling number.
•Hands-on outbound experience (required) - you've reached out to business prospects, run
discovery, and qualified them; ideally you've also done your own research on accounts (Google,
LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar) before reaching out.
•A structured qualifier - you qualify with a method (BANT / CHAMP or similar), not gut feel,
and you can read an account's scope and potential.
•Strong on the phone with business buyers - clear, confident spoken English and Hindi;
comfortable with plant, EHS, safety and procurement contacts.
