Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst who will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Zoho-based solutions. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to act as a bridge between clients and the technical/implementation team.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients
Understand existing business processes and suggest process improvements
Prepare functional requirement documents (FRD) and workflows
Coordinate with Zoho implementation and development teams
Support implementation, testing, and UAT activities
Ensure delivered solutions meet client expectations and business needs
Provide client training and post-implementation support when required




Maintain clear documentation and reports for all projects

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (SaaS/IT preferred) (If any)
Experience with Zoho or similar business software is an advantage (If any )
