About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager with strong B2B sales and client acquisition experience to drive new business and revenue growth in the Facility Management Services industry.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in new business generation, client acquisition, relationship management, commercial negotiations and closing, with the ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Facility Management sector.
- Generate leads through market mapping, networking, references and direct prospecting.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate, commercial, industrial and residential clients.
- Understand client requirements and develop customized service proposals.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations and commercial offers.
- Conduct client meetings,



site visits and business presentations.
- Manage negotiations, commercial discussions and contract closures.
- Coordinate with Operations and internal teams for smooth onboarding and mobilization of current contracts.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and MIS.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual business development targets.
- Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for additional business.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- 5+ years of B2B Business Development/Sales experience.
- Experience in Facility Management, IFM, Housekeeping, Security, Technical Services or allied industries will be preferred.
- Strong track record in new business generation and client acquisition.
