Role Summary

Positioned to be the best in class of program execution across Technology at Morgan Stanley, the Strategic Programs Execution (SPE) is a Super Department in Cyber, Data, Risk and Resilience (CDRR). This function facilitates enhanced delivery capability to effectively manage the increasing pipeline of critical technology, regulatory,



risk and control-based programs.

We're looking for a recognized technical leader with deep expertise across Cyber, Data and Resilience domains, capable of influencing strategy and delivery outcomes across a diverse portfolio of programs, engineering teams and senior stakeholders through technical credibility, thought leadership and exceptional stakeholder engagement

The ED level role will be multi-faceted with a broad range of responsibilities including;
- SPE Technical Lead
- AI Strategy & Delivery Insights Lead
- Program Manager for Encryption Enablement
- India Site Leadership

Core Accountabilities

1. Technical Lead
- Provide technical leadership and strategic direction across a portfolio of Cyber, Data and Resilience initiatives, ensuring program delivery decisions are informed by deep technical understanding, architectural considerations, and emerging technology trends.
