nShah and Doshi, Chartered Accountants invites applications for the position of Accounts Executive at our Mulund West, Mumbai office. We are looking for a candidate with more than 2 years of practical experience in accounting, bookkeeping, GST, TDS, reconciliations and accounts finalisation. The role is suitable for someone who has worked on client accounting assignments and is comfortable handling accounts with ownership and accuracy.

The selected candidate will work on accounting records, reconciliations, GST/TDS workings, finalisation support and client coordination in a professional CA firm environment. The role is suitable for candidates who want to move beyond routine data entry and build stronger practical understanding of accounting, taxation and compliance.

nRoles and responsibilities:

- Maintain accounting records in Tally, TallyPrime, Zoho Books and other accounting softwaren
- Post sales, purchase, bank, cash, journal and adjustment entriesn
- Handle bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny and basic account reconciliationsn
- Review accounts payable, accounts receivable, advances, expenses and suspense accountsn
- Prepare GST workings, GSTR-1 / GSTR-3B data and GST reconciliation supportn
- Prepare TDS workings, payment data and quarterly return filing supportn
- Assist in Qualified Tax, Income Tax and other compliance workingsn
- Support accounts finalisation, closing entries and preparation of accounting schedulesn
- Prepare MIS, QIS, accounting summaries and client reports as requiredn
- Coordinate with clients for invoices, documents, bank statements and data follow-upsn
- Maintain proper working papers, documentation and due-date trackersn
