nAbout the Role
n

nWe are looking for an experienced and proactive Account Director to manage the account end-to-end, across mainline advertising, e-commerce creatives, packaging, and other communication requirements.
n

nThe ideal candidate should have strong client servicing and account management skills, along with a good understanding of studio-led and packaging work. Since the client is a highly strategy-led brand, the candidate should also possess a strong working understanding of brand and communication strategy and be able to translate strategic thinking into effective creative briefs and execution.

nKey Responsibilities
n1. End-to-End Account Management
n

- Manage the accounts end-to-end, acting as the key point of contact between the client and the agency.n
- Understand client requirements, translate them into clear briefs, and drive projects from briefing to final delivery.n
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, timelines,



and client expectations are met.n
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key client stakeholders.n
- Proactively identify client needs and opportunities to strengthen the account.n

n2. Mainline & E-Commerce Creatives

- n
- Manage the development and execution of mainline advertising creatives across relevant communication platforms.n
- Handle e-commerce creative requirements, ensuring assets are aligned with brand guidelines and platform requirements.n
- Work closely with creative, studio, design, content, and other internal teams to deliver high-quality outputs.n
- Ensure consistency of brand communication across offline and digital/e-commerce touchpoints.n

n3. Studio & Packaging Work

- Manage a significant volume of studio-led and packaging-related projects.n
- Coordinate closely with studio, design, production, and creative teams for packaging adaptations, artwork, pack shots,
