About the Role

We are looking for a Ruby on Rails Engineer to join our backend engineering team as an individual contributor. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain production-grade systems that power core platform capabilities such as learner enrollment, order management, and payments.

This is a hands-on engineering role where you will own features end-to-end from technical design and development to testing, deployment, and production support within a multi-service Rails ecosystem.
